Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

This role welcomes freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the Telecalling field. The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in Enlish, Hindi, Kannada. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires PUC and above and the candidate should be comfortable working 6 days a week during the day shift.
