Role Description
The Health Counselor at DTPS Company is responsible for conducting direct, on-call consultations with clients, providing personalized health advice, and driving sales through telesales techniques. The role combines expert communication and counseling with a focus on meeting sales targets. The Health Counselor will use CRM tools to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records while providing excellent customer service.
We prefer candidates with sales experience in the health sector, as they will have a better understanding of the services we provide and can effectively communicate with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
•Achieve target - based sales goals, ensuring high conversion rates from potential leads to satisfied customers.
•Maintain and update customer data using CRM systems to track interactions and follow-ups, ensuring excellent customer service.
•Conduct direct, on-call health consultations with clients to assess their health status and provide personalized wellness advice.
•Actively engage in telesales to promote health services and solutions, handling inbound and outbound calls.
•Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with team members.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through B2C (Business to Consumer) direct sales strategies.
•Apply voice modulation techniques and strong interpersonal skills to ensure a positive, engaging, and professional conversation with clients.
•Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales and provide post-sale support.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and meet sales objectives.
skills and Qualification :
-Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, health sciences, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
-Proven experience in telesales or direct sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
-Excellent communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly phone presence.
-Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software to manage client records and track sales performance.
-Voice modulation skills to ensure professional and pleasant phone conversations.
-Ability to build rapport quickly, handle client objections, and offer effective solutions.
-Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
