Key Responsibilities:

Follow-up: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and convert potential sales.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Sales Target Achievement: Meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance.
Customer Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining paperwork or documentation based on telecalling conversations.
