Position Title: Tele Medical Underwriter (TELE MER)
Department: Operations
Location: Noida
Experience Required: 0 to 2 years’
Salary Range: ₹2.4 LPA to ₹4 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic interviews to gather detailed medical and lifestyle information from clients.

• Ensure complete confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive medical data.

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams for case processing, clarifications, and quality checks.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions and medical assessments.

• Ensure compliance with operational protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Healthcare, Medical, or related fields preferred.

• Certification in Medical Underwriting will be an added advantage.

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in tele-underwriting, medical transcription, or healthcare BPO is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Language Proficiency: Candidates who can speak regional languages such as Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Marathi will be highly preferred.

• High level of professionalism, empathy, and client-handling skills.

Working Hours:

• Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Rotational Shifts across all 7 days).

• Flexibility is required to work on weekends and public holidays as per the roster.

• Additional working hours during month-end or peak business periods.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹2.4 LPA to ₹4 LPA (based on qualification and experience).

• Performance-Based Incentives linked to accuracy, client satisfaction, and target achievements.
