Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in executing online marketing strategies across various digital channels. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing online presence, and contributing to lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities:

1 Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads, etc.)
2 Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
3 SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization.
4 Paid Media Advertising: Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), optimize for performance, and track return on investment (ROI).
5 Content Creation: Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
6 Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), analyze data, and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
7 Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
8 Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay updated on industry trends.
9 Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
10 Website Maintenance: Assist with updating website content and optimizing user experience.

Qualifications:

1 1 to 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
2 Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
3 Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
4 Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
5 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6 Ability to think creatively and analytically.
7 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
8 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
