Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned digital marketing professional with expertise in real estate lead generation, marketing, and PR through social media and various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of digital marketers

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and branding

- Plan and run targeted Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platform campaigns

- Analyze campaign performance, optimize, and report results

- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and websites

- Build and maintain a strong online presence for organic leads

- Coordinate with sales, pr and design team

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

- Meet and exceed lead generation and conversion targets

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate industry

- Proven expertise in lead generation, social media marketing, and PR

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, native ads and other digital advertising platforms and is up to date with latest marketing rules of all platforms

- Experience in team management and leadership

- Ability to create and run ad campaigns independently

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Digital marketing certification/degree preferred

- Familiarity with real estate industry dynamics

Additional preferred Skills:

- Experience with email marketing automation tools

- Knowledge of SEO principles

- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools
