We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Handler to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
2. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
3. Content Calendar: Plan, schedule, and publish content using a content calendar, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
4. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
5. Engagement and Community Building: Foster engagement and build a community on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
7. Influencer Collaboration: Identify, collaborate with, and manage influencers to amplify brand reach and credibility.
8. Social Media Advertising: Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
3. Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including features, best practices, and trends.
4. Content Creation Skills: Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certifications: Social media certifications, such as Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification or Facebook Blueprint Certification.
2. Experience with Social Media Tools: Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
3. Knowledge of Graphic Design: Knowledge of graphic design principles and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
