Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
-Act as the face of Betta Threads on social media through video content, live sessions, and brand promotions.
-Create and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
-Plan and execute influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.
Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
-Interact with the audience through comments, messages, and live interactions.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to align social media strategies with brand goals.
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role in the fashion industry.
-Strong on-camera presence and confidence in engaging with audiences through video content.
-Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
-Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
-Ability to strategize and create compelling content tailored for different platforms.
-Knowledge of digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and paid ad campaigns is a plus.
-Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of B2C sales and customer engagement.
