Job Description:
The Fashion Consultant will receive orientation and training in addition to the responsibilities outlined below:

Fashion Styling – Assist customers in styling and creating looks that suit their preferences and needs.
Visual Merchandising – Maintain visual merchandising standards that align with brand aesthetics.
Retail Administration – Assist in managing day-to-day retail operations.
Product Management – Support the management of inventory and product displays.
Event Management – Contribute to organizing promotional events and campaigns.
Fashion and Retail Marketing – Help with marketing efforts to increase foot traffic and brand visibility.
Customer Relationship Management – Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance – Assist customers in making buying decisions with a charismatic and pleasant personality.
Styling Expertise – Impart academic knowledge of fashion and styling to guide customers in their choices.
Needs Assessment – Understand customer preferences and tastes, offering tailored recommendations.
Sales Support – Collaborate with Sales Advisors to close sales and meet targets.
Visual Merchandising Maintenance – Ensure that merchandise displays are in line with the company’s standards.
Customer Engagement – Greet walk-in customers and guide them to the appropriate areas of the store.
Sales Conversion – Be passionate about customer interaction, aiming to convert opportunities into sales.
Relationship Building – Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customers.
Store Layout Optimization – Analyze space allocation and sales data to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
Customer Satisfaction – Handle customer complaints and grievances effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Market Trend Awareness – Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and competitor activities.
Post-Sale Support – Provide assistance before and after the sale to ensure a positive customer experience.
