The Home Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and promoting home loan products or housing-related services. The role involves direct fieldwork, engaging with clients, understanding their housing finance needs, and helping them with the application process while ensuring excellent customer service.
Identify and acquire new customers for home loan products or housing services.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable home loan or housing solutions.
Explain product features, documentation requirements, eligibility criteria, and interest rates.
Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring smooth processing and timely disbursal.
Meet assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in home loans, real estate, or financial products.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in local language(s) is often preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. every/weekly activity to the reporting manager.
