We’re looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales for our file-based service offerings at a leading Social Media Marketing Agency. If you have 1–2 years of experience in selling marketing solutions, digital services, or working with creative agencies, this role is for you!
Identify, pitch, and convert businesses that need high-volume file sharing, creative asset management, and campaign delivery support.
Develop and grow a pipeline of clients such as brands, media agencies, influencers, and startups.
Present tailored solutions that solve content delivery, file exchange, and coordination challenges in the marketing workflow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in marketing teams and digital businesses.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through active prospecting, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Coordinate with internal creative and strategy teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
Keep CRM and reporting tools updated with pipeline status and client insights.
1–2 years of B2B sales experience in a social media agency, digital marketing firm, or creative services company.
Strong understanding of how marketing and content-driven companies manage creative assets and campaign files.
Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
Passionate about digital trends and working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Prior experience selling services like content creation, campaign management, influencer marketing, or creative production.
Existing network of contacts in digital agencies, media houses, or brand teams.
Ability to create persuasive pitch decks and proposals.
