Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE) Role: Business Development Executive (BDE) Experience: Minimum 2 Years in LAP Sales Location: Akola & Amravati Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services Employment Type: Full-Time � Key Responsibilities: ✔ 1. Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales Responsible for sourcing new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP). Promote and sell LAP products to potential clients like business owners, property owners, and self-employed individuals. Cold calling, field visits, and meeting potential customers to generate leads. ✔ 2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Generate leads through field sales, networking, references, and DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channels. Approach business owners, property owners, and self-employed customers for LAP products. Build relationships with local builders, property consultants, real estate agents, and channel partners to generate LAP business. ✔ 3. Loan Documentation & File Processing Collect KYC Documents, Property Papers, Business Proof, and Income Documents from customers. Coordinate with the credit team for file login and disbursement. Ensure accurate documentation and file processing for Loan Against Property (LAP). ✔ 4. Target Achievement & Sales Closure Achieve monthly sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP). Work on cross-selling of other financial products like Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Credit Cards. Provide excellent customer service to ensure maximum disbursement. ✔ 5. Market Mapping & Business Development Identify high-potential areas in Akola & Amravati for LAP business. Partner with DSA (Direct Selling Agents), Property Brokers, Chartered Accountants, Builders, and Real Estate Agents for lead generation. Increase the market share of the company in LAP Business. ✔ 6. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing and new customers. Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer queries, loan disbursement issues, and post-loan service.
