We are a well-established manufacturer of wallpapers, curtains, and fabrics, operating successfully for the past seven years. As we expand into the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) market, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential clients, including interior designers, architects, real estate builders, and under-development project sites.
Client Engagement & Sales: Conduct direct client visits, schedule meetings, present our product offerings, and negotiate deals to close sales.
Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales approaches.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term collaboration.
Target Achievement: Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in interior décor, real estate, or related industries).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
