We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive with expertise in cold storage and refrigeration systems to expand our client base in Bangalore and Chennai. The role involves complete ownership of the sales cycle — from lead generation to closure — and building strong long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of refrigeration solutions and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across food processing, pharmaceuticals, retail, hospitality, and logistics sectors.

• Manage the complete sales process including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.

• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions like blast freezers, chest freezers, and industrial refrigeration systems.

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.

• Create and execute region-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging refrigeration technologies.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities and client interactions through CRM systems.

• Travel across Bangalore and Chennai regions for client meetings, facility inspections, and industry events.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in cold storage, freezers, industrial refrigeration, or HVAC systems.

• Strong technical understanding of refrigeration and cold chain solutions.

• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently, strategize territory plans, and manage client relationships effectively.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; candidates with a technical background (Mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration) will have an advantage.
