Job Title: Business Development Manager – Game Zone

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Game Zone through both field and office-based activities. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and executing marketing and sales strategies to increase footfall and revenue.
Identify and approach potential clients and partners including schools, colleges, corporates, and event planners.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local networking.
Promote the Game Zone for group bookings, birthday parties, events, and tie-ups.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful bookings or partnerships.
Coordinate with the in-house team to align sales strategies with operational goals.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on market trends and opportunities.
Ensure brand visibility and presence in the local community through outreach efforts.
Attend meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
2 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or service industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with both fieldwork and in-office tasks.
Ability to work independently and handle targets.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Must be open to working on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts, as needed.
Local area knowledge and own mode of transport preferred.
