Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders in the lighting and poles manufacturing industry.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.

- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Provide detailed sales forecasts and prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and key metrics.

- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.

- Collaborate with the internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and promptly address client inquiries and concerns.

Key Skills and Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with 4-6 years (or more) in the lighting and poles manufacturing industry.

- In-depth knowledge of the lighting industry, including product specifications and client expectations.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

- Strategic thinking with strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in assigned territory.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite for reporting and communication.

Education and Experience:

- Any Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lighting and poles manufacturing industry.

- Experience in managing regional territories and working with distributors and direct clients.

Salary: - ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Working Hours: - Full-time, Monday to Saturday.
