Requirement : Experienced person who is travelling across Mumbai, Maharashtra & Other regions to acquire new territories for Medical - Rapid Kits etc, who has good database & relations with Doctors, Healthcare departments, Laboratories, Government bodies etc. throughout PAN India.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis and Research:
· Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors in the rapid test kits industry.
2. Strategic Planning:
· Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
3. Relationship Building:
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
· Collaborate with healthcare professionals, government agencies, and industry partners to enhance the company's market position.
4. Sales and Revenue Generation:
· Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets for rapid test kits.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
5. Customer Engagement:
· Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Gather feedback from customers and use it to improve products and services.
6. Training and Education:
· Conduct training sessions for sales teams, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders on the features and benefits of rapid test kits.
· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide accurate and valuable information.
7. Regulatory Compliance:
· Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure that the company's rapid test kits meet all applicable standards.
· Work closely with regulatory affairs teams to obtain necessary approvals.
8. Reporting and Analysis:
· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
· Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the business development strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, life sciences, healthcare, etc.).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
Strong understanding of rapid test kits and related technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
