Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B and franchise partnership opportunities within the education sector, particularly targeting colleges, universities, and training centers.
Franchise Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract and close franchise deals, including presenting our franchise model, explaining benefits, and handling negotiations.
B2B Sales Strategy: Craft and execute strategies for building relationships with educational institutions for partnerships, student training programs, and other B2B engagements.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them through the decision-making process.
Sales Presentations & Pitches: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective franchisees and B2B clients, showcasing the value of our educational offerings and partnership opportunities.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, assess competition, and understand industry trends to drive strategic decisions.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support long-term growth.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and training teams to align on goals, gather resources, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new partners.
Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems and provide regular updates to the Business Head.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the education, training, or franchise industry.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in B2B or franchise development.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and approaches for B2B and franchise markets.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
