Achieve sales targets for auto loans across segments (2W, 3W, 4W, and Commercial Vehicles) within the assigned territory. Achieve forecasted sales goals Manage the sales pipeline and source leads Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives. Meet customers (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain relationship Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information End to end loan sourcing and documentation (filled up application form, KYC verification & Documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, financiers, and other channel partners. Generate leads through field visits, dealership interactions, and networking. Provide accurate and timely information about loan products to customers. Ensure smooth processing of loan applications by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Track and resolve customer queries or issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. Knowledge of the auto loan industry and local market dynamics. Target-driven and result-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the auto loans or finance sector. Familiarity with the automotive sector is an added advantage.
