We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our Travel and Event Management division, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our diverse range of travel and event solutions to corporate clients. Your efforts will contribute significantly to our growth and expansion in the corporate sector.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate new business opportunities within corporate sectors, including companies, institutions, and organizations.
Develop and execute sales strategies to target and secure new clients for corporate travel and event management services.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored travel and event solutions.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Presentations & Proposals:
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that services meet client requirements.
Negotiation & Closing:
Lead negotiation efforts with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and agreements.
Close deals effectively to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate travel and event services.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on client preferences and market trends.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate sales records, client communications, and progress updates.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, targets, and achievements for management review.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in travel, event management, or hospitality.
Sales Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent negotiation, and closing skills.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Customer-Focused: Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Knowledge of corporate travel booking systems and event management tools.
