Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, in-person, and chat in multiple languages.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Should Guide customers with in-person installations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
Identify and report trends in customer issues.
Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
Be willing to travel, as needed, to support various business needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
Fluency in multiple languages.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems.
Open to travel as required by the company.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to empathize with customers.
Strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation in Any Field.
Experience with specific customer support tools and in-person skills.
