Field Collections:

Visit customers' premises to collect overdue payments in person.
Negotiate repayment terms, settlements, or payment plans directly with customers.
Assess customers’ financial situations and propose feasible solutions for debt recovery.
Account Management:

Maintain and manage a portfolio of overdue accounts, ensuring follow-ups and recovery efforts are timely and effective.
Document all interactions, agreements, and actions taken during field visits.
Update customer account records with accurate information on payment status and collection efforts.
Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers professionally to resolve payment disputes and address concerns.
Educate customers about their obligations and available payment options.
Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive and potentially challenging conversations.
Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare detailed reports on field collection activities, including successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Report on the status of accounts, collection rates, and any issues encountered during field visits.
Maintain accurate records of all documentation and communication related to collections.
Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Identify and report any potential risks or issues related to debt collection.
Coordination:

Collaborate with the office team to align field collection efforts with overall collection strategies.
Coordinate with legal or collection agencies if necessary for further action on problematic accounts.
