Communicating effectively and professionally with customers. Administrative Tasks:Maintaining accurate records of collections and payments. Preparing reports and documentation related to collections. Depositing cash receipts within the required timeframe. Other Potential Duties:Conducting training sessions for field staff. Overseeing loan collections. Identifying and resolving issues related to collections. Monitoring collection agencies and collection executives to identify fraudulent practices. Understanding and adhering to relevant regulations and policies.
