Qualification And skills
Experience: 3–5 years in Social Protection or a similar field; Entrepreneurship Development project experience preferred..
Qualification:- Minimum graduation in any discipline, preferably the social or development sector (Education: MSW, MA, BSW, BA in Social Work, Agriculture )
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
Writing Skills: Able to produce quick, clear communications and reports.
Training: Experience in training field cadres, particularly in last-mile support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
—Lead and support the HESPL Field Staff & Haqdarshak team in delivering social entitlements to citizens.
—Oversee recruitment, training, and mentorship of Field Agents (Haqdarshaks).
— Engage with partners, entrepreneurs, and team members by spending 90% of the time in the field.
— Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders.
— Conduct Digital productivity/ financial literacy training.
— Identify and onboard local community members as Haqdarshaks through the AMS (Agent Management System) on the HD Portal.
— Mobilize the community to participate in application camps.
— Take ownership of and responsibility for assigned block/districts.
