Field Executive
Vehicle Operation & Maintenance:
Safely operate company vehicles, ensuring smooth and timely transportation of assigned passengers, goods, or vehicles.
Conduct routine checks on vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy and maintained according to company standards.
Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle at all times.
Report any vehicle issues to the maintenance team promptly.
Field Operations:
Provide mobility services as directed by the Operations team, such as transporting customers or company assets across various locations.
Follow mapped routes or customized routes as required by the company.
Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles when necessary.
Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly, safe, and timely transportation services.
Address any customer inquiries or concerns during the journey and provide resolutions or escalate to management when required.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any other required operational details.
Report accidents, incidents, or any safety violations to the management in a timely manner.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Ensure the vehicle is compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Follow company-specific policies and safety protocols.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other members of the operations and logistics team to ensure optimal coordination and delivery of services.
Assist in other field-related tasks as needed, based on operational requirements.
