Preheal Innovations Private Limited is an organization which primarily focuses on preventive healthcare services and related products & technology. Our current start-up initiative is Preheal-India Ka Total Health which is based on the principle of continuum of care and also addresses non-health issues during the whole process. It will address a major problem of the quality and hassle less healthcare and make healthcare process an comfortable phase rather than stressed and tense.We strive to bring healthcare to the reach of everybody with complete services from onset of the disease till the recovery of the patient i.e. full healthcare during the life cycle of the patient.Eligibility Criteria:MSW (Master of Social Work) / BA in Psychology / BA in SociologyExperience in community outreach, healthcare initiatives, or public health projects is preferred and Community Mobilization.Job Responsibilities:Conduct regular field visits in assigned geographical areas.Organize and facilitate health camps, including screening for vision/eye health.Engage and mobilize Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) for healthcare initiatives.Raise awareness about Preheal’s services and encourage community participation.Coordinate with government bodies such as Jeevika, Panchayati Raj, Anganwadi, and Health Departments to mobilize their support for healthcare programs.Facilitate the social marketing of eyeglasses and other healthcare products during screening camps.Build partnerships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers for patient referrals and service facilitation.Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with communities and government officials.Ability to plan and organize healthcare camps efficiently.Knowledge of government health programs and schemes.Basic understanding of digital tools for data collection and reporting.Passion for social impact and healthcare services.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary as per industry standards.Travel and field allowances as applicable.Professional growth opportunities in a fast-growing health-tech startup / Social Sector.
