Role- Business Development Executive
Department : Sales & Marketing
Location : UK / North East / Punjab / Haryana / UP / Delhi (Flexible based on candidate location)
Experience-Must have experience of 2-3 years in field sales in any industry
Salary Budget-24K(Max)
Key Responsibilities
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and establishing long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the road construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.
• Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed sales targets by driving sales in your assigned region. Ensure timely follow-ups, regular check-ins, and a proactive sales approach.
• Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Provide feedback and insights to the team to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Product Demonstration and Presentation
Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Verma Industries’ products.
• Sales Negotiation and Closing
Manage the negotiation process with clients, ensuring contracts are closed in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and client needs.
• Lead Generation and Prospecting
Use a combination of cold calling, networking, and online research to identify and generate sales leads within your assigned region.
• Customer Support and After-Sales Service
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries, concerns, and post-sale requirements to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, and progress reports. Regularly update the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams
Work closely with the marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure clients’ needs are met and deliver a seamless experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications Education :
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience:
3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the road construction or manufacturing sector.
