We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. You’ll represent the company in the field, visiting clients, conducting product presentations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Visit potential and existing customers to present and promote company products/services.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and feedback to management.
Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
