Job Overview:
The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for cold drink distribution in the Delhi NCR region, managing a team of 10-12 Sales Executives. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and focus on high-potential areas for market expansion.
Team Management:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10-12 Sales Executives.
Conduct regular meetings to review performance and share market insights.
Provide on-the-ground training and support to enhance team efficiency.
Market Coverage:
Ensure optimal market coverage by deploying the sales team effectively.
Identify and onboard small cold drink shops as retail partners.
Distributor & Partner Relations:
Build strong relationships with distributors to ensure uninterrupted product supply.
Address and resolve supply chain or partner-related issues promptly.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales data to track team performance and market trends.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Regional Sales Head.
Market Development:
Monitor competitor activities and recommend counter-strategies.
Plan and execute localized promotional activities to boost sales.
