Sales Executive Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
2. Contact prospective clients, qualify their needs, and provide information about available properties or real estate services.
3. Schedule and conduct property tours, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of the properties to prospective buyers or investors. Ensure yours and client's safety during transportation.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
5. Follow up with leads, provide timely updates, and guide clients through the sales process, including documentation and legal requirements.
6. Achieve sales targets, meet or exceed revenue goals, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
7. Attend real estate industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand the client base and build professional connections.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
9. Collaborate with the internal team, including marketing, operations, and legal departments, to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience as a sales executive or a similar role in the real estate industry or Similar Field.
2. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Bangalore, including property types, pricing, and market trends.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Valid driver's license and proficiency in driving a four-wheeler.
5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
6. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and online property listing platforms.
8. Familiarity with legal aspects, documentation, and procedures related to property transactions in Bangalore.
9. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in dealing with clients and sensitive information.
10. Proactive and result-driven approach, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
11. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
