Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Create engaging content for website, social media, and marketing collateral.
Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media management.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Work with external agencies for branding, advertising, and public relations initiatives.
Track and analyse marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or flooring industry.
Excellent communication, creative writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
