Job Summary:
VKC Group is looking for a proactive and energetic Territory Sales Executive to manage and grow our sales within a designated region. The role involves direct field sales, building relationships with retailers/distributors, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, especially in the footwear or FMCG sectors, will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the assigned territory
Drive sales of VKC products through in-person visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations
Monitor and ensure product visibility, availability, and brand promotion in retail outlets
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep track of competitors’ activities and market trends
Report daily sales activities and feedback to the reporting manager
Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
Qualifications:
Education: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (Any stream)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales (Footwear or FMCG experience preferred)
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-driven with the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Basic reporting and MS Office skills
Compensation:
Gross Salary: ₹18,000/month
Mobile & Work Allowance (MWA): ₹350/month
Incentives: Performance-based
