Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients, ( Nearest PGs, College Hostels, Gated Societies, Bachelor apartments, small scale ironing vendors).
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, providing product information, and offering solutions.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or needs.
Product Knowledge:
Develop in-depth knowledge of laundromat services
Sales Presentations:
Conduct laundromat demos and presentations to prospective clients.
Sales Process Management:
Track all leads, opportunities, and client interactions using excel sheet
Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to ensure closing the contracts
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Negotiate terms and prices with clients, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.
Close sales deals and ensure follow-up for installation and after-sales support.
After-Sales Support:
Coordinate with store staff to ensure timely delivery
Address any client issues post-sale and work team to resolve it immediately
