Roles and Responsibilities
· This role is entirely field-based and requires proactive engagement with clients and partners. Key responsibilities include:
· Supply and Demand Management:
· Maintain healthy supply and demand processes across the assigned city.
· Contribute to process improvements and ensure consistent service delivery.
· Client and Partner Relationships:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
· Provide real-time resolutions to partner/customer queries.
· Feedback and Market Insights:
· Collect feedback from partners and customers on service and experience.
· Gather competitor insights and share them with the team to improve offerings.
· Sales and Business Development:
· Reach out to target clients within assigned sectors daily.
· Clearly explain Porter’s offerings and understand client requirements.
· Identify and convert new business opportunities based on client needs.
· Prepare prospect lists using industry knowledge and online resources.
· Actively track conversion rates and suggest improvements for better sales outcomes.
· Lead Management and Follow-Ups:
· Make cold and follow-up calls to leads to enhance conversion.
· Build short-term relationships with prospects to secure meetings and long-term deals.
· Market Analysis:
· Highlight trends and potential concerns to senior management.
· Conduct market studies to identify new zones with business potential.
