Job Title: Field Relationship Manager

Position Type: Full-Time​

Salary: ₹16,500 to ₹20,000 (In-Hand) (based on experience)​

PF: ₹3,600​

Petrol Allowance: ₹125 per day​

Incentives: Up to ₹15,000/month based on performance​

Languages Required: English, Kannada, Hindi​

Assets: Bike is mandatory​

Travel Requirement: Should be able to travel 50–80 km daily

Job Overview:

We are hiring Field Relationship Managers who will be responsible for handling site visits for

plots listed on the platform. If a customer shows interest in any plot, the FRM must be present at

the location, explain the property details, and aim to close the deal by convincing the customer.

This is a target-based role, and targets will be explained by the reporting manager.

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Visit assigned customer locations as per the leads provided by the company.​

●​ Be present at the plot site during scheduled customer meetings.​

●​ Explain all necessary details about the property, pricing, location benefits, legal aspects,

etc.​

●​ Convince the interested parties and close the deal effectively.​

●​ Coordinate with both property owners and potential buyers to ensure a smooth

transaction.​

●​ Verify newly listed plots and confirm that uploaded photos match the actual site.​

●​ Report daily activity and maintain visit logs.​Visit Structure:

●​ If the visit distance is within 20 km, FRMs must complete 4 visits/day.​

●​ If the visit distance is more than 20 km, then 2 visits/day are expected.​

Eligibility Criteria:

●​ 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar field-based or customer-facing role.​

●​ Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.​

●​ Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period: 0–7 days).​

●​ Must carry experience letter and latest salary slips for verification.​
