Roles & Responsibilities –
1. Merchant Acquisition
• Identify and onboard new merchants based on an understanding of transaction volumes and patterns
in the assigned geography.
2. Relationship Management
• Build and strengthen relationships with identified merchants.
• Onboard merchants to additional value-added products and services offered by the organization.
3. Account Management
• Develop a deep understanding of each merchant account, making it challenging for competitors to
onboard them.
• Upsell and cross-sell products like Smart Speakers, EDC machines, and other solutions suitable for
the merchant base.
4. Competition Mapping
• Monitor, analyze, and report competitor activities in the assigned geography.
• Share insights on geographical or category-based initiatives to enable a quicker response.
Requirements
• Education: Graduate (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience with a proven track record of
performance.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Experience in selling products such as credit cards, EDC/POS machines, or insurance is an
advantage.
