Role Description

Candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads through filed visits, cold calling and referrals, meeting prospective clients and give Product presentation and achieve sales target through direct engagement with customers.

We need candidates for different location within 200 km radius to Kanpur.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads through various channels, including telemarketing, attending industry events, and cold calling.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.

• Negotiate and close sales deals.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

• Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Daily reporting to head office.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two year of experience in field sales.

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus.

• Knowledge of the local market and customer base.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to travel extensively by two-wheeler and possess a valid two-wheeler license.

Job Type- Part time

Location- Off site

Experience: 2 years plus

Salary Package: Rs.5000-7000 /month+ Incentives

Qualification: Graduation
