Job Description:
1. Marketing of Wet Grinders/ Kitchen Appliances (Commercial) introduced from time
To time by the Organization

2. Responsible for Collection of Payment/dues within the time frame as agreed /within
The credit period extended if any.

3. Duties assigned in connection with Exhibition and other Other Out door canvassing
and participation of street shows etc.

4. Any other Duty/ Responsibility that may be assigned from time to time

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:
1. Shall report for duty directly before the start of the day's work at the office
2. Shall submit daily/weekly/monthly reports of performance from time to time
3. Achieve sales targets fixed by the organization without fail
4. Shall allow discounts/concessions to dealers only after obtaining the approval from
the respective authorities.
5. Performance in relation to targets shall be reviewed on a monthly basis and
appropriate sales incentives shall be offered at the discretion of the management.
