Job Summary:
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers in the construction sector. The candidate must have a bike and be ready for extensive field travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit construction sites, contractors, and dealers regularly to promote and sell construction-related products (e.g., cement, steel, tiles, waterproofing, electricals, etc.)
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from the field
Develop strong relationships with builders, engineers, project managers, and purchase heads
Explain product features, technical specifications, and advantages to clients
Ensure product visibility and brand promotion at retail counters and sites
Coordinate with the back office, logistics, and accounts team for smooth deliveries and payments
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
Prior field sales experience in construction or building material industry is a plus
Must have a two-wheeler with valid driving license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of the local area and construction ecosystem
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Basic knowledge of construction materials or willingness to learn
