Job Title - Field Sales
Location - Mumbai
DME / BE in mechanical Engineering or Engineering background
Having a Sales Experience of 2-4 Years preferably in Pharma Machinery / Tools Backgroud.
Serve as the first point of contact for pharma and tooling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Provide timely and professional responses to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer issues related to products, services, orders, and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Coordinate with other teams, such as sales, technical support, and logistics, to ensure effective issue resolution.
Keep customers informed about product updates, promotions, and new services.
Maintain detailed records of customer complaints and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
Assist in processing customer orders, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for product-related issues and escalate technical issues as required.
Ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction and service level targets.
Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies based on feedback.
