We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions.
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
