Sales Support:
∙Assist in achieving sales targets by supporting the bancassurance channel.
∙Consistently Identify potential sales opportunities and provide necessary follow-up.
1.Relationship Building:
∙Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to facilitate bancassurance operations.
∙Act as the point of contact for bank partners and customers.
2.Customer Service:
∙Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing timely support.
∙Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by bank staff or customers.
3.Compliance and Reporting:
∙Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
∙Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and other relevant metrics.
