Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cross-selling strategies across products and services.
Identify new opportunities for product penetration within the existing customer base.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to design and execute campaigns.
Analyze customer data and behavior to optimize cross-selling effectiveness.
Train and guide the sales team on cross-selling techniques and best practices.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Minimum 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales
Excellent communication
Ability to analyze data
Translate insights into actionable strategies
