· Understands the overall concept along with keen understanding on Business Model, benefits to the Industry and Benefits to Customers at large.
· Travel Door-Door to the HoReCa establishments starting from a food truck to a high value Restaurant or Hotel in the allocated geographical area and organizes the questionnaires and collects responses over the mobile phone (Smart Phone).
· Present the Pitch of Onboarding to the restaurants and getting them subscribed for Monthly subscriptions.
· Understands the Respondent's perspectives and makes special notes of their opinions, requests, expectations and responds with utmost respect and responsibility.
· Reports back on Day to Day basis on the Daily tracker with the summary of all the day experiences and any special focus learnings or focus points.
· Engages with Project Lead or Sales Team or Technical team as and when necessary and updates the market understanding and feeds back the system with necessary inputs.
· Identifies the Market Gaps or Market Expectations and submits a research report at the end of internship.
Ø Minimum 5-6 Hours and completing the assigned research target in the specific geography, Work hours are preferably 10am to 12.30pm & 3pm to 6pm. Interns can tune their work hours flexibly to complete the assigned task, but they are strictly not allowed to work before 8am or after 8pm.
Ø Stipend/ Honorarium: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
