Establish a strong network of Distributors from scratch in assigned territories.
Drive primary sales and ensure consistent order flow.
Identify and onboard potential partners aligned with business goals.
Market mapping and competitor benchmarking.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for primary and secondary sales.
Regular reporting using basic Excel skills.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Snacks/FMCG industry.
Experience in primary sales and distributor development.
Own 2-wheeler and a personal laptop – Mandatory.
Basic Excel skills – Mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Delhi NCR-based candidates only.
MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification in Sales/Marketing.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in the field.
