Job Purpose - A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints.
Job Role & Responsibilities -
1. Educate the Customer about the product
2. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
3. Close the leads assigned by the Admin team
4. Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer
5. Customer Servicing
6. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
• Achieve Sales Target.
• Service leads provided through different sources.
• Prospect clients.
• Ensure quality/persistency of business.
• Have to sale multiple products (Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Card, Bonds, Wealth Management etc.)
• Generate leads through references/activities (schools/apartments/corporate etc).
• Coordinate with Branch Operations in order to ensure timely processing of policy/application forms.
Note-
1. No Target based salary
2. 2nd, 4th Saturday, Sunday and Every Mandatory Holidays you will get
3. Office Time 9:30 to 6:30
4. Leads will be Provided by the Company
