Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels including digital marketing, referrals, cold calling, and site visits.
Understand client requirements and offer properties that best suit their needs.
Conduct property tours and presentations for potential clients.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all legal documents and payment processes are handled properly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitors.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits.
