As a Real Estate Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales in the field by engaging with potential buyers, investors, and sellers. Your primary role will be to generate leads, build relationships, conduct property viewings, and close sales deals in alignment with the company’s targets. You will work closely with the sales team and management to achieve company objectives and contribute to business growth.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Generate and identify new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Attend local events, seminars, and networking meetups to expand the client base.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers.
Property Showings & Presentations:
Conduct property viewings for prospective clients, offering detailed information about the property’s features, benefits, and investment potential.
Customize property presentations to meet the client's specific needs and preferences.
Sales Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers.
Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure satisfaction with the process.
Draft and present contracts for sales, and oversee the completion of necessary paperwork.
