Canara hsbc Life insurance co,ltd Designation- Relationship Officer(Banca channel) ctc- up to 4 lpaKey Responsibilities: Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers, relationship managers, and other key personnel. Motivate bank employees to promote life insurance products. Sales and Business Development:Identify and generate leads from bank walk-in customers and bank employees. Understand customer needs and financial goals to recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Conduct joint sales calls with bank employees to convert leads into sales. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Ensure smooth functioning of sales and other processes to maximize business potential. Product Knowledge:Possess in-depth knowledge of life insurance products and banking products. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support. Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively. Training and Development:Conduct training sessions for bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques. Provide ongoing support and guidance to bank employees. Reporting and Analysis:Track sales performance and generate reports as required. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
