We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator The ideal candidate must have experience working in the Food and Beverage industry sector, to support our B2B and HoReCa sales operations in the Food and Beverages industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HoReCa sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage sales processes efficiently.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will assist the sales team in managing client accounts, processing orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external clients. This is a critical role that supports our growth within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering segments. What You'll Do
Assist the sales team with lead generation, scheduling meetings, for clients in the HoReCa sector.
Handle inquiries, provide product information, and assist with placing orders for B2B clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers).
Ensure smooth order processing from receipt of customer orders to product delivery, including coordinating with production, logistics, and distribution teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system.
Respond to customer complaints or issues, resolving them promptly and effectively while maintaining a high level of service.
Provide regular sales reports, including tracking sales goals, performance metrics, and account progress.
The role may involve occasional travel for client meetings, industry events, or trade shows.
